This solution is different to our interim management service offering in a number of ways:

• Our Associate Team guarantee the delivery of the engagement to an agreed service level with measurable key performance indicators throughout the life of the project.
• Armstrong Newman ensures that the team complement is always optimised to ensure progress and milestones continue to be met.
• The budget for the work is agreed in advanced and fees are payable in phases based on the KPI’s “de-risking” the programme or project from a budgetary perspective. Fees are weighted on success and return on investment.
