Armstrong Newman believes that traditional executive assessment is a good thing and increases the likelihood of a successful appointment significantly.

However as procurement, supply chain and logistics specialists we believe executive assessment for our specialist area can be better and more specifically tageted to the skills and demands of these roles.

Working with our Human Resource practitioners and using the best assessment tools available in the market we design, deliver and feedback individual executive assessment programmes for our clients. These programmes are used for both internal and external staff in complement to a recruitment processĀ or as a development tool for management development purposes.
